After placing your order at www.herbalpetsupplies.co.uk you can only cancel your order and receive a full refund if your Order Status is in the “Payment Received” state.
Simply login to your account, view the orders, using “Current Orders” link under the My account menu and send a secure message to us using the button. We’ll notify you via email of your cancellation.
Please note all items are made to order, therefore once your order has reached the completed status, it can no longer be cancelled.

We have insufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered, if this is the case we will advise you of delivery times or offer an alternative, if this is not acceptable the order for this product will be cancelled.
A product you have purchased has an incorrect price or typographical area.
If we do cancel your order we will refund you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
