At Herbal Pet Supplies we want to make sure you receive your products in a timely manner after you’ve ordered them, with our Shipping Policy, you’ll have all the information to make sure your products are delivered straight to your doorstep!

Our Delivery Service

For all our deliveries we use DPD as our courier service, along with this we recommend that all our customers download the DPD app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to keep up to date with their orders. Inside the app, you can pinpoint your exact location, turn on notifications to be notified when your product is on its way and, even if you’re not in to receive your products, you can choose a safe location where they can be stored for you to collect later.

Details of our Shipping Costs

We ONLY deliver within the UK. All orders placed will be dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. Once dispatched, we’ll send your parcel next day delivery (Monday – Friday), please be aware that this can fluctuate during busy periods of the year.

Once placing an order from either site you’ll receive a FREE delivery coupon code to use on the alternative site. Please note this code will only be active for 24 hours, from the time of your purchase, we will try our best to ship both parcels together.
